HOW IT WORKS
- PHONE CONSULTATION
-
I love to talk with potential clients before they make a decision to book an appointment. It is very important that we are both a good fit for each other. We can discuss the perfect location, outfit(s), accessories, and any props needed to achieve a beautiful look for your photos. You can share with me any specific ideas or looks that you have in mind, or you can allow me to set up everything. I have plenty of creative ideas that I can't wait to use! Your photo session will be unique based on your needs and taste.
- BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT
-
Let's get it on the schedule! We will choose the best day and time for your family, being sure to stay away from little one's nap times. For newborn sessions, I will put your due date on my calendar, and the exact session time will be determined after baby arrives. Newborn sessions are typically M-F starting between 8:30 & 10:00am. A deposit is required for all sessions to schedule.
- PHOTO SESSION DAY
-
It's time to take beautiful photos of your family. Your photo session package balance will be due at this time.
- PROOFING
-
Within one business week of your session, I will email you a link that will allow you to view your gallery of many, many beautiful shots! No editing or cropping will be done to proofs. Some photos will need lighting and/or color adjustments, blemishes touched up, and almost all images will need cropped. All editing is completed AFTER you send your favorite images to me. Your package includes a set number of files for you to select, but you can add on files individually or in a group of six.
- DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES
-
About one business week after submitting your favorite proofs to me, I will have your editing complete. A download link, with the copyright, will be emailed to you, and professional prints can be ordered from this email as well. Your photos are yours to do anything with as you please. I love it when clients share their edited images on social media, and I always appreciate it when they credit and/or tag Jamie Virgin Photography in their post.
